The history of our brewery begins with this drink. And also the history of strong beer in Bavaria, as the inventors of this high-alcohol, low-fermentation seasonal drink were the Pauline monks. For over 375 years we have been manufacturing Salvator beer following the traditional recipe, which we have been improving over the years: with a caramel-colored foam crown, this chestnut-colored beer, combined with its seductive chocolate aroma, unfolds its pleasant intensity in each sip. It is joined by Munich's finest malt, complete with a slight hint on the palate. So many times copied but never reached: the mother of all seasonal high-alcohol beers traditionally designated with the suffix "-ator"!
