This document establishes the terms and conditions that will govern access and use of the Site.
General
LISLEY S.A is the owner and operator of the site.
The objective of the site is to offer products for sale to the final consumer who visits said website (hereinafter the User), which can be purchased by activating the purchase procedure.
The use of the Site implies the irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the User, of all the terms and conditions established herein, with binding and binding nature, LISLEY S.A reserving the power of interpretation in case of doubt or discrepancy.
LISLEY S.A reserves the right to make modifications to these terms and conditions at any time, communicating it with the simple publication on the Site.
The User acknowledges and accepts in advance that the information offered in the publications of the Site is clear, truthful and sufficient.
The site can only be used with fines for offering products to the user, who can obtain them by following the purchase procedure.
The use of the contents of the Site for illegal and / or contrary to moral activities is expressly prohibited. The User agrees to hold LISLEY S.A harmless from any judicial, extrajudicial or administrative claim that any third party may present for the improper use of the Site by the User and / or for the activity that it develops in it.
User Registration and Personal Data Privacy
For the registration of the User, as well as for the completion of a purchase, certain personal data are required that must be completed, truthfully and accurately, by the User, who exclusively assumes the responsibility of correctly entering them.

The information provided by the User will be processed by LISLEY S.A in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18,331 on the Protection of Personal Data and corresponding regulations. The User will have the right to access, rectify, modify, update or delete their data in accordance with current legislation, at any time, and must communicate it in writing to the email address: info@lisley.com.uy.
All the data provided by the User will be stored in the LISLEY S.A. database.
LISLEY S.A accepts and acknowledges that the data provided by the User is strictly confidential and will not be used for purposes other than those established in these Terms and Conditions. Having taken the appropriate measures to prevent its misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and / or theft, without prejudice to which, the User accepts that the computer security measures are not infallible.
The User expressly accepts and consents that the data provided by it may be used in their own promotions, as well as that of other companies that enter into agreements with LISLEY S.A and that represent advantages and / or benefits for the User.
Site content
The texts, images, graphics, video files, logos, trademarks, as well as all other content on the Site are subject and protected by copyright and trademark laws in force in the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.
The use, reproduction and dissemination of the content of the Site for use in any other medium and for any purpose is expressly prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by LISLEY S.A.
Purchase conditions
The price of the products will be expressed in Uruguayan pesos with taxes included.
The final price will include shipping cost when applicable.
With the purchase procedure, the User will be accepting the specific conditions of the product, as well as the payment procedure, giving consent to the operation and perfecting their purchase will.
Said purchase procedure will be subject to stock availability as well as verification of the User's data and confirmation of the corresponding payment. Any discrepancy will be communicated to the User at the email provided by him.
Payment methods
The products offered on the Site can only be paid with the means enabled by Mercado Pago (Visa, Mastercard, Líder, Oca, Diners Club, Creditel, RedPagos and Abitab and those that may be enabled in the future).
It is expressly established, and thus recognized by the User, that LISLEY SA is oblivious to the contractual relationship between the latter and the issuer of the payment card used as a means of payment and, consequently, is exempt from all liability LISLEY SA regarding this contractual relationship.
Deliveries
Deliveries will be made throughout the national territory outside of Montevideo and Maldonado, within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday) of confirming the order and corresponding payment.
Deliveries will be made in Montevideo within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday), from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., once the order and corresponding payment have been confirmed.
The option of in-person withdrawal is enabled once the purchase and the corresponding payment have been confirmed, at the established time.
The days and times of delivery and pickup are: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The shipments will be without cost within Montevideo in purchases whose total amount is greater than $ 1,500.00 and in the rest of the country in purchases whose total amount is greater than $ 3,000.00.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the User, the correct provision of the information being their sole responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Under the protection of Law N ° 17.250 of Consumer Protection and its Regulatory Decree N ° 244/000, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 5 business days from the formalization of the same. For these purposes, you must communicate your will by sending an email to info@lisley.com.uy.
If you want to change or return a product, it may be accepted within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise by the User. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
After this period, returns will only be accepted under the same regulations previously described.
The refund of the money will be made according to the payment method used.
Protection of minors
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited.
By accessing and using the Site in the beverage sector, the User accepts the terms and conditions and declares to be of legal age.
Without prejudice to other measures, LISLEY S.A reserves the right to disable a User and / or any transaction in compliance with current reference regulations.
Problematic consumption of alcoholic beverages
In compliance with Art.21 Law 19,855 and its regulations by Decree 63/020, it is recorded that:
Abuse in alcohol consumption is harmful to your health.
Drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy, even in small amounts, can seriously harm health.
Drinking alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.
Without prejudice to other measures, LISLEY S.A reserves the right to disable a User and / or any transaction in compliance with current reference regulations.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
It is expressly established that these Terms and Conditions are governed, in all their aspects, by the legal regulations in force in the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. All controversy derived from the present document, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance will be submitted to the competent Courts of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.
