Estrella Damm is made with the original recipe from 1876: a combination of barley malt, rice and hops, 100% natural ingredients, without additives or preservatives.
The quality of the ingredients is achieved by working directly with local farmers and processing them in their own malting plant. And since fermentation and maturation are key in the process, the material is kept for two weeks in the fermentation tanks and then two in the storage tanks, to achieve a perfect result.
The amber color of our bottle protects beer from light, preventing it from affecting its flavor.
